Dawn Wilson received a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University (1997). She serves her community as a volunteer first responder in McLean County, services on the McLean County EMS Training Committee and as a volunteer at Advocate BroMenn Hospital. She has obtained her EMT-B license and also spends her time teaching CPR in her community as an American Heart Association CPR Instructor. She is in the process of creating a not-for-profit (CPR 4 Emi) in memory of her daughter Emily who passed away in September 2018.
