Stephanie Erb

Stephanie Erb is a 17-year public service professional. She spent nine years as a police officer with the Palatine Police Department before an injury cut short her policing career. Stephanie's love for public service led her to the other side of the radio as a dispatcher. She has been a telecommunicator for 8 years in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has led shifts, written policy, and trained new dispatchers. She currently serves as Assistant Accreditation Manager and Training Coordinator for the Mc Henry Police Department in addition to dispatching part-time. She is an Illinois domestic violence certified advocate who has volunteered at a full service domestic violence program for the past four years, thus she is passionate about the ways in which public service agencies and personnel can assist domestic violence survivors.
