Kiel Nowers currently serves as a Patrol Sergeant for the Bloomington Police Department. Previously he worked in Bloomington’s Pro-Active (now the Street Crimes Unit), CID, Vice, and all three patrol shifts. He has been with Bloomington Police Dept. for 15 years, the last four years as a sergeant.
