John Fermon is a Field Training Officer/Patrol Officer with the Bloomington Police Department. He has served as a patrol officer for five years at the Bloomington Police Dept. Prior to the Bloomington Police Dept., he was a Deputy Sheriff at the Logan County Sheriff’s Office for approximately two years. John graduated from the Illinois State Police Academy in 2011. John graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Marketing in 2011. John is currently obtaining a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Illinois – Springfield.
