  5. Narrative: tools for improving note-taking to final organizational copy
  6. Concise language versus jargon, wordiness, redundancy, and summary phrases
  7. Verbs and pronouns: maintaining the chain of custody of evidence, quotes, and statements
  8. Grammar: sentence structure, punctuation, spelling
