David Christiansen is a Deputy with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. He has been a police officer since 2006. He is a certified Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, Traffic Crash Reconstructionist, Commercial Vehicle Officer, a Field Training Officer and an SFST Instructor. David is a graduate of Western Illinois University.

Ari Briskman is a Sergeant with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Has been a police officer since 2007. He is a certified Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, Traffic Crash Reconstructionist, a Field Training Officer and an SFST Instructor. Ari is a graduate of Western Illinois University.

Jennifer Cifaldi, an Illinois Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, was an Assistant State's Attorney for over 20 years in Adams County, Illinois, and has been prosecuting DUI's within her county for over 15 years. She has previously worked with the Department of Transportation to share this program with other counties throughout the State and has presented it nationally as well. In July of 2016, Jennifer was named National Prosecutor of the Year in recognition of her work in developing this program and her willingness to share it with other prosecutors and law enforcement agencies.
